If you join the waitlist, we send your email address to Resend to deliver a verification email. Only after confirmation do we enroll you and send your welcome email. We use it to provide the updates you requested. You may unsubscribe from an email or contact us. The form does not ask for health information.
The site uses browser storage for the one-time introduction and analytics consent preference. Interactive demos run locally and use sample data. Liquid-glass and fluid-cursor graphics render on your device; the effects do not transmit biometric data or hardware identifiers.
Google Analytics is supported when a valid measurement ID is configured and you accept analytics. It may process page views, interaction information, device/browser details, and approximate location. With the placeholder configuration, no Analytics script loads. Declining keeps optional analytics disabled. You may clear the site’s browser storage to reset your choice.
Google AdSense may serve ads on this website only; it is not used in the Crunch AI mobile app. Google and other ad partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or similar identifiers to serve, personalize where permitted, measure, and protect ads. They may use information about visits to this and other websites. Manage Google ad personalization in Google Ad Settings or opt out of some participating companies’ personalized ads at AboutAds. See how Google uses data from partner sites.
The mobile app is designed to process account details, personal nutrition goals, food diary entries, calories, macros, and available micronutrient information. Information you choose to provide may include weight and dietary preferences. Final launch disclosures will identify the deployed service providers and processing details.
Camera access is intended for user-initiated food and barcode scanning. Food photos may be transmitted to an AI vision provider for ingredient recognition and nutrition estimation. The provider is not finalized. The app is not intended to capture images in the background. Public model-training use requires explicit opt-in.
Product lookups may query OpenFoodFacts and other nutrition sources. A barcode query shares the product identifier with the database provider. Food records may be incomplete or inaccurate; review the label and correct your entry. Resend and Google process data under their own policies where their services are used.
The app’s proposed retention policy is 30 days for temporary photo-processing logs, account lifetime for diary history, and deletion within 30 calendar days after a verified request. These are pre-launch targets and must be confirmed against the released implementation. Waitlist records are kept for launch communications until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to necessary suppression and legal records.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of your data and withdraw consent. Contact contact@crunch-ai.app; we may need to verify your request. You can also manage advertising preferences through Google Ad Settings and AboutAds.
We aim to use appropriate access controls and encryption for data in transit. No service can promise absolute security. We will update this page when the app’s vendors, retention practices, or features are finalized. This service is not intended to collect children’s health information.
