Nutrition information, not medical advice
Crunch AI is an educational nutrition-tracking tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent medical conditions and does not provide medical advice. Consult a qualified professional for personal medical or dietary decisions. Do not rely on a photo estimate to manage an allergy, medication, or medical condition.
Estimates and third-party records
Photo recognition, portion estimates, and third-party food databases can be incomplete or incorrect. Lighting, preparation, labels, and serving sizes affect results. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting your records. No specific health or weight outcome is guaranteed.
Your account and responsibilities
Provide accurate information, safeguard your login credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or upload content you have no right to share.
Subscriptions and trials
Purchases take place in the mobile app through the relevant app store. Proposed plans are $11.99/month or $79/year with an eligible 3-day annual trial. The final checkout screen controls price, taxes, renewal, cancellation, and trial eligibility. Manage or cancel a subscription in your store account before renewal. Joining the website waitlist creates no paid subscription.
Intellectual property
Crunch AI branding, original visual design, and proprietary code belong to Crunch AI or its licensors. Third-party software, icons, databases, and contributed assets remain subject to their respective licenses. You may not misrepresent ownership or redistribute protected materials without permission.
Availability and liability
Features and launch dates may change. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or error-free nutrition information. Crunch AI is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on inaccurate estimates or third-party records. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes, termination, and contact
